What we can build

CRM Automation, shaped around your workflow

Choose the features that solve your immediate needs, then expand with a clear implementation plan.

Lead capture & organisation

Map enquiry sources and capture the fields your sales team needs, with duplicate checks where supported.

Pipeline & ownership

Set up stages, lead assignment and clear responsibilities for each step of the customer journey.

Follow-up workflows

Configure reminders, tasks and agreed notifications so teams can follow up consistently.

Reporting & integrations

Connect approved systems and build useful pipeline views with access permissions for each role.

Built for your business

A sales workflow your team can actually follow

A CRM is most useful when the fields, stages and reminders match your real sales process. Start with the handoffs where enquiries currently get delayed or lost.

Enquiries from multiple sources

Bring supported website forms, advertising leads and manually entered enquiries into an agreed contact structure, with source details that your team can understand.

Sales ownership & follow-up

Assign each opportunity to a person or team, set stage-specific tasks and surface overdue follow-ups. Define what happens when an owner is unavailable.

Pipeline visibility

Create views for new enquiries, active opportunities and pending actions. Managers can review movement through the pipeline without assembling separate spreadsheets.

Scope & handover

What to agree before implementation

Clean fields & practical rules

Agree mandatory fields, duplicate matching and stage definitions before automating. Migration can include a sample import and reconciliation against the source data.

Team-ready controls

Define roles, access permissions, notification rules and a handover guide. Automations should include clear exceptions so a person can resolve incomplete records.

The Process

From scattered records to an organised pipeline

1

Audit your sales process

Review lead sources, current spreadsheets or CRM, handoffs and reporting gaps. Identify the first workflow worth improving.

2

Design fields & stages

Agree the pipeline, required information, ownership rules and migration mapping with the people who will use the system.

3

Configure & test rules

Build approved connections, assignments and reminders. Test duplicates, missing fields and changes in ownership using sample records.

4

Train & refine

Walk the team through daily tasks, check the initial rollout and agree how future rule changes and support will be managed.

FAQs

CRM Automation: your questions answered

Do we need to replace our current CRM?
Not necessarily. We review your existing system and its automation features first. Configuration or a small integration may solve the problem without a full migration.
Can you migrate contacts from spreadsheets?
Migration can be included after checking the data structure, duplicates and field mapping. A sample import helps validate the process before the full transfer.
Can leads be assigned automatically?
Assignment can be configured around agreed criteria such as location, service or team availability, subject to the features and access supported by your CRM.
What happens if an integration fails?
We define the appropriate logging, alerts and retry or manual-recovery process for the selected tools. Failure handling is part of the integration scope.
Are CRM licences included in implementation?
Licences, connector subscriptions and other third-party charges are listed separately. The proposal explains what you pay for implementation and what continues afterwards.
Can different team members see different records?
Where supported, roles and permissions can limit access by team, ownership or responsibility. These rules are agreed and checked during testing.
