How QTC Infotech collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Data we collect
Information you give us via forms, email, WhatsApp or calls — name, phone number, email, company name, project details, and (for job applicants) your CV/resume. Automatically: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries and provide quotes; deliver our services; process job applications; send service updates and (with your consent) marketing; improve our website and ads; and meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Legal basis & consent
We process your data based on your consent (given when you submit a form or contact us) and where necessary to perform a contract or comply with law. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
4. Sharing & processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us operate — Meta (advertising/Pixel), Google (reCAPTCHA/Analytics), WhatsApp/WATI (messaging), Razorpay (payments) and our hosting provider — each under their own privacy terms.
5. Your rights (DPDP Act)
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; withdraw consent; nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf; and raise a grievance. To exercise these, email our Grievance Officer below.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. CVs are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, spam/bot protection (reCAPTCHA) and reasonable safeguards. No method is fully secure; we notify affected users and authorities of significant breaches as required.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
