Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom services

Web design, development, software and digital-marketing work is custom and billed against time and milestones. Once work on a milestone has begun, fees for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable.

2. Advance payments

If you cancel before any work begins, you may request a refund of the advance less any third-party costs already incurred (domains, licences, ad spend) and a reasonable administration fee of up to 10%.

3. Monthly retainers (ads, SEO, social, care)

You may cancel with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month and third-party ad spend are non-refundable.

4. Reseller & third-party products

For products or licences resold via QTC Merchants (OPC) Pvt Ltd, refunds follow the original vendor’s refund terms; we pass through what the vendor allows.

5. How to request a refund

Email teamqtcinfotech@gmail.com with your invoice or order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputes

Please contact us first — we aim to resolve any issue fairly before a dispute or chargeback.
