These terms govern use of qtcinfotech.com and our services. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them.
QTC Infotech is a brand of QTC Merchants (OPC) Pvt Ltd (reseller services; CIN U74999HR2016OPC065744; GSTIN 06AAACQ4431A2Z2) and QTC Technologies (web design, development and digital marketing).
Scope, deliverables, timelines and price for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or quote, which prevails over general statements on the website.
Quotes are valid for 15 days. Unless stated otherwise, an advance is payable before work begins, with the balance per the agreed schedule. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Late payments may pause work.
You agree to provide timely content, approvals, access and accurate information. Delays on your side may extend timelines.
On full payment, final deliverables transfer to you, except third-party assets, our pre-existing tools/frameworks, and stock/licensed materials, which remain under their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting, domains, plugins, ad platforms and payment gateways are governed by their own terms; we are not liable for their downtime or changes.
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Marketing results are not guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jind, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration agreed in a proposal.
