What you’ll do
- Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and walk-ins
- Run discovery calls and demos with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals and commercial quotes with delivery team input
- Maintain CRM hygiene: activities, follow-ups, pipeline updates
- Hit monthly revenue + conversion targets (clear, achievable, paid bonus on hit)
What you need
- Graduate (any stream) — freshers welcome
- Strong spoken and written English & Hindi
- Comfortable with cold outreach, comfortable hearing “no”
- Eager to learn web/digital marketing services to sell consultatively
- Self-driven, organised, follow-up game on point
