What you’ll do
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients by phone and agreed business channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant QTC services clearly.
- Maintain accurate conversation notes, follow-up dates and pipeline updates.
- Handle common objections professionally and coordinate next steps with the delivery team.
- Report progress and identify practical improvements to outreach and client handling.
What you’ll bring
- 2–5 years of relevant telesales and client-handling experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English for client communication.
- Ability to qualify enquiries, manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
- Clear, respectful communication and dependable follow-through.
Location and working arrangement
This is an office-based role in Jind, Haryana. Local candidates are preferred; applicants who can relocate are welcome to explain their availability.
Office: 2nd Floor, SCO-23, District Shopping Complex, Near Delhi Hospital, Urban Estate, Jind, Haryana 126102.
