Refund and Cancellation Policy – QTC INFOTECH

Domain Name Registration Services:
– Once a domain name is purchased, it becomes the owner’s property and cannot be “cancelled” until the duration of the domain term has expired. Please note that domain names are globally governed by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and we do not have control over this authority.

Service Renewals:
– Cancellation of service renewals for ongoing website promotion, website hosting, or domain registration services must be requested at least Fifteen (15) business days before the end of the current service period.
– Requests received later than Fifteen (15) business days before the end of the current service period will be considered cancellations for the subsequent service period.

Limited Occasion Offers:
– No cancellations are entertained for services offered on promotional occasions, special discounts, or during discount periods. These are exclusive promotions, and cancellations are not permissible under any circumstances.

Rights of Cancellation:
– QTC INFOTECH reserves the right to cancel client accounts at any time without prior notice and refund in case of a violation of terms of service or any other breach.

Refund Policy:

Our commitment is to provide suitable design concepts, and we offer a refund policy under specific conditions:

  1. Full Refund:
    – Applicable when the project has not commenced or if the initial design style has not received approval.
    – The Full Refund policy initiates 30 days after the upfront payment date.
  2. Partial Refund:
    – Applicable in cases of failure to deliver as per our policy after the approval of the initial design style.
    – The partial refund will be proportional to the work completed.
  3. No Refunds:
    – Applicable if the project is near completion or has been uploaded to the server.

Refund Processing:
– Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original credit card used during the purchase. For payment gateway transactions, refunds will be made to the same account.

Note: QTC INFOTECH reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy without prior notice. All users are advised to review these terms periodically.
