Mission Billion Banyan : The banyan tree is a national tree of India but unfortunately, the central govt and none of the state has taken any initiative to plant this majestic tree on a massive scale. It is the desperate need of the hour. The existing banyan trees are on the decline because of various reasons which include road widening.
