Real estate website design in Haryana: cost, must-have features and real examples (2026)
What a property dealer, builder, project or listing website should do, what it costs to build and run in 2026, the RERA display rules, and the pages that actually bring site visits, from an agency in Jind that has built real estate websites and lead campaigns for brokers and developers across Haryana, Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
Short answer: A real estate website in Haryana costs ₹9,999 – ₹25,000 for a property dealer or broker, ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 for a single-project landing page built to convert ad traffic, ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 for a builder or developer site with several project pages, floor plans and brochures, and ₹1,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 for a listing portal with search, filters and agent logins. The website is rarely the expensive part; the leads are. What makes a property site pay for itself is a visible starting price, a WhatsApp button on every screen, a site-visit form that reaches a human in five minutes, and the RERA number where buyers expect it. Below: the page list, costs, rules, timelines, mistakes and seven real estate websites we have built.

What a real estate website is actually for
A buyer in Gurugram, Rohtak, Hisar or Jind searching “3 BHK flat in Rohtak” or “plots near Jind bypass” lands on a project page, checks three things (price, location, who is selling) and either taps WhatsApp or leaves. A real estate website has three jobs, in this order: get the site-visit enquiry (call, WhatsApp or form), answer the questions that decide whether a buyer will travel (starting price, location on a map, configurations, possession date, RERA status), and make the seller credible (RERA number, completed projects, real photos, office address). A property dealer’s site has the same jobs across many listings; a builder’s site has them per project; a project landing page has them for one.
Real estate website cost in Haryana by type (2026)
| Type of website | What is included | One-time build | Yearly running cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Property dealer / broker | 5–8 pages, listing cards with photos, price, location and configuration, enquiry form, WhatsApp and tap-to-call, Google Maps, about and office pages, Hindi/English | ₹9,999 – ₹25,000 | ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 |
| Single-project landing page | One long page built for ads: hero with starting price, configurations and floor plans, amenities, location map, gallery or video, RERA details, brochure download gated by phone number, lead form and WhatsApp, pixel and conversion tracking | ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 | ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 |
| Builder / developer site | Company site plus one page per project (ongoing, completed, upcoming), floor plans and price lists, construction updates, EMI calculator, site-visit booking, brochure downloads, testimonials, careers | ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 | ₹6,000 – ₹18,000 |
| Listing portal | Search with filters (city, budget, type, BHK), property submission by agents or owners, agent logins and dashboards, saved properties, featured listings, lead routing, admin approval | ₹1,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 | ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 |
Running cost covers hosting, domain and a care plan (updates, backups, listing changes). Ad spend, drone or video shoots and CRM subscriptions are separate. GST at 18% is extra on agency fees unless stated. For a general comparison see the WordPress website cost guide.

The pages and features that bring site visits
From the property sites and lead campaigns we have run, these are the elements that correlate with site-visit bookings. Build them first; add the rest later.
- A starting price above the fold. “2 BHK from ₹42 lakh” or “Plots from ₹18,000 per sq yd”. Pages that hide the price get more enquiries and fewer site visits; the enquiries are from people who cannot afford it.
- WhatsApp and call on every screen. A sticky bottom bar on mobile with Call, WhatsApp and Site Visit. Pre-fill the WhatsApp message with the project name so your team knows what the buyer is asking about.
- Location that answers “how far from…”. Google Maps embed plus distances to the things buyers in that town care about: highway, railway station, schools, hospital, the main market. In Haryana’s district towns, “5 minutes from the bus stand” sells more than “serene surroundings”.
- Configurations and floor plans with carpet or super area, facing and price per unit where allowed. A buyer who can see the plan on a phone is a buyer who books a visit.
- Site-visit booking form with preferred date and time, routed to WhatsApp and a CRM with the project name and ad source attached. Speed to lead decides the deal; see the leads section below.
- RERA registration number on every project page and brochure, with a link to the HRERA listing. Buyers in 2026 check.
- Real photos and a 60-second video walkthrough. Construction progress updated monthly beats renders. For plots, a drone shot of the approach road and boundary wall does more than a logo.
- Brochure and price list downloads gated by phone number. This is the single biggest lead source on most project pages.
- EMI calculator and bank tie-ups on builder and project sites, because “what will the EMI be” is the next question after price.
- Completed projects and possession history for builders, which is the trust page in a market where delays are the main fear.
- Hindi versions of the project page and contact page for district-town projects; English-only for Gurugram and Faridabad NRI-facing projects is fine.
- Fast on a ₹8,000 Android on 4G with compressed images; property pages are image-heavy and often the slowest sites we audit.
RERA, pricing and what you can claim
RERA. Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and Haryana RERA rules, a registered project’s advertisements and promotional material must carry the project’s RERA registration number and reference the HRERA website, and registered agents are expected to display their agent registration number. A website and an ad landing page count as promotional material. We place the number in the project header, the footer of the brochure and the ad landing page by default. Promoting a project that is not yet registered is where developers get fined; keep “coming soon” pages to a name and a registration-of-interest form with no prices or plans until registration is through. Confirm current wording with your RERA consultant; rules and formats change.
Claims. Avoid “guaranteed returns”, “assured rental” and appreciation promises on the site; they attract regulator attention and consumer complaints. Possession dates should match the RERA filing. Amenities shown as renders should be labelled as proposed.
Pricing. Show a starting price or range wherever policy allows. If a builder insists on price on request, gate the price list behind a phone number and WhatsApp it automatically, so the enquiry still happens and your team still gets the lead.

Timeline and what we need from you
A dealer or broker website goes live in 2 to 3 weeks once we have listings and photos. A project landing page takes about a week once creatives are approved. Developer sites with several projects take 4 to 6 weeks; listing portals 8 to 12 weeks. The delay is almost never the build; it is waiting for floor plans, approved brochures and RERA details. To start, you provide:
- Company name, office address, RERA agent or project registration numbers
- For each project: name, location, configurations, starting price or price list, floor plans, amenities, possession date, status, brochure
- 20 to 40 real photos per project or office, plus any video or drone footage
- Bank tie-ups and payment plan if you want the EMI section
- Where leads should go: phone numbers, WhatsApp group, CRM or Google Sheet
- One person who can approve content within 48 hours
Mistakes that waste a developer’s budget
- Running ads to the homepage instead of a project page. The single most expensive mistake in property marketing. Every campaign gets its own landing page with one project, one price, one form.
- Hiding the price everywhere. You get more enquiries and fewer site visits, and your telecallers spend the day disqualifying people.
- Leads landing in an email inbox that is checked at 6 pm. Route to WhatsApp and a CRM in real time, or do not run ads.
- Renders only, no construction photos. In a market where delay is the main fear, monthly progress photos are the trust signal.
- No RERA number on the page and promotional claims that invite a notice.
- Hosting, domain or ad accounts in the agency’s name. When the agency changes, the developer loses the site, the pixel history and the audiences. Insist on everything in your name; see what to check before hiring a web agency in Haryana.
- Desktop-first design. More than 85% of property enquiries come from phones.
Turning the website into a lead machine
A property website on its own waits for traffic. Four additions make it a channel:
- Google Ads on buyer-intent searches. “3 BHK in Rohtak”, “plots in Jind”, “flats near Sohna Road” with location and budget targeting, landing on the project page. Our Google Ads service builds these per project.
- Meta ads with video walkthroughs and lead forms to people who are not searching yet, retargeting everyone who opened the brochure. Meta ads for real estate usually deliver the cheapest leads; Google delivers the hottest.
- Speed to lead. Every form, call and WhatsApp click tracked, and form leads pushed to a CRM, Google Sheet or WhatsApp group the moment they arrive with project and source attached. A call back within five minutes roughly doubles the chance of a site visit. Our CRM automation service sets this up.
- Local SEO pages per locality and type. “Plots in Jind”, “2 BHK flats in Hisar”, “commercial property in Rohtak” as real pages with listings, written for how buyers search, linked from the homepage. Slower than ads, but the leads are free once they rank; our SEO and content service handles it.

FAQ
How much does a real estate website cost in Haryana?
₹9,999 – ₹25,000 for a property dealer or broker site with 5 to 8 pages and listing cards, ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 for a single-project landing page built for ads, ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 for a builder or developer site with multiple project pages, floor plans and brochure downloads, and ₹1,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 for a listing portal with search filters, agent logins and lead routing. Add ₹3,000 – ₹15,000 a year for hosting, domain and a care plan.
Do I need to show the RERA number on my website?
Yes for registered projects and registered agents. Haryana RERA rules require the project registration number and the HRERA website reference on advertisements and promotional material, and registered agents are expected to display their agent registration number. We put the number on every project page, brochure and ad landing page by default; confirm current wording with your RERA consultant.
Should I show property prices on the website?
Show a starting price or price range wherever you can. Buyers leave sites that hide prices, and a visible starting price filters out enquiries that cannot afford the project. If a builder’s policy prevents it, offer Get price on WhatsApp in one tap and collect the phone number in exchange for the price list.
How long does it take to build a real estate website?
Two to three weeks for a dealer or broker site, one week for a project landing page once creatives are ready, four to six weeks for a developer site with several projects, and eight to twelve weeks for a listing portal. Waiting for floor plans, approved brochures and RERA details is the usual delay.
Which works better for property leads, Meta ads or Google Ads?
Both, for different stages. Google Ads catch active searches like 3 BHK in Rohtak or plots in Jind and convert well on a project landing page. Meta ads reach people who are not searching yet with video walkthroughs and lead forms, at a lower cost per lead but lower intent. Most Haryana projects run both with ₹30,000 – ₹1,50,000 a month and route every lead to WhatsApp and a CRM within minutes.
Can the website send leads to my CRM and WhatsApp automatically?
Yes. Every form, call button and WhatsApp click can be tracked, and form leads can be pushed to a CRM, Google Sheet or a WhatsApp group the moment they arrive, with the project name and source attached. Speed to lead matters most in property; a call back within five minutes roughly doubles the chance of a site visit.
